Guaranteed Up & Running - Home users (Includes Install & Upgrades. MUST HAVE INTERNET ACCESS!) $75 flat fee 7 am - 6 pm M-F PST 

Per incident- Business clients - (Existing clients who need technical support: Troubleshooting antivirus, mail) $150.00 per incident. 7 am - 6 pm M-F PST 

Per hour - Business clients first line Tech Support (Technical support: trouble shooting network, appliances (gateway), exchange mail, spyware removal, computer virus removal, Windows security updates, All Upgrades for Appliances & Software. $300.00 per hour. 7 am - 6 pm M-F PST 

Appliances Guaranteed Up & Running - 2hours $500.00

Managed Appliance - 1 year 7 am - 6 pm M-F PST   $750.00
